Q: Do you draw only household pets?
Yes, we can draw any animal you like!
Q: Can I track my order?
Everything is tracked! You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as the order ships. Simply go to our tracking page to track your order at anytime.
Q: I made a mistake, how do I fix it?
You need to contact us ASAP before the item is shipped. if it's your mistake, you will need to repay for shipping both ways in those specific situations:
- You selected the wrong phone model version.
- You entered an incorrect address or made a mistake while entering your address and the item is shipped back to us
Q: How long does shipping take?
Immediately after you placed your order, your pet upload is sent to one of our artists. It is usually 3-4 business days to draw, produce and prepare your order. Afterwards shipping time can take between 7-10 business days depending on location.
Q: What if I don't like the design?
We are confident that you will love the design of your furry little friend! to be on the safe side we also send you your print files for approval prior to printing however, if you receive your order and are not satisfied please get in touch with us at hello@mypawfectprints.ca
